* Sixth Grade Social Studies: A study of the people, land and cultures of the Western Hemisphere.
* Sixth Grade Language Arts: To use the correct conventions of speaking, listening and writing to communicate effectively.
* Sixth Grade Reading: To use the general skills and strategies of the reading process to read, interpret and respond
to a variety of literary and informational text.
